English Dub Ultraman Available on Youtube!

The title says it all. The latest Ultraman series is available on Youtube for free and it's dubbed. I know there's always debate about subbed vs dubbed from fans of any non-english IP. However, it's available and already at episode 19!

I remember only getting fleeting views of Ultraman on TV. I don't even remember the first time I saw him. I thought I was the only person in the world that knew about him for a long time. As DVDs, file sharing, bootlegs, etc. became more accessible then I was able to get a better understanding of Japan's answer to Superman.

I've watched the first few so far and while the series seems to lean more kids-friendly, that's fine. Most of these do. Frankly, I'm rarely asking my superheroes to be in adult situations. See Zack Snyder's work...🤢

Though I do appreciate a series that takes itself seriously with mature themes. See almost everything that Dwayne McDuffie touched (RIP Legend).

If you are looking for more adult Ultraman, I recommend Shin Ultraman. A really beautiful interpretation of the hero and series as a whole. Actually all the Shins are good. Shin Godzilla and Shin Kamen Rider. Wild, fun times.

Oh and P.S. there's also an Ultraman collectible card game. I've not played. I'm not really CCG guy, but I'm sure it's a good time if that's what you're into.
